In just five years of operation, Canonsburg, Penn.-based SingleSource Property Solutions has jumped to the top five of “Inc.” magazine’s ranking of US real estate firms. The firm specializes in property management and mortgage services, including valuation, title services and distressed asset disposition. It increased revenue 1,253.4% — or more than 12 times — since 2005 when revenue was $3.1m, to 2008 when its revenue was $42.2m. The company, located in suburban Pittsburgh, currently employs nearly 200 people. SingleSource ranks fourth behind Washington, DC-based Harley Stanfield, Fort Worth-based Atlas Properties, Provo, Utah-based Property Solutions International in Inc.’s top 50 real estate firms.
