Having served up the hottest neighborhoods of the year, it’s now time to take a look at Realtor.com’s most-searched cities of 2012. The warm-weather metropolis reigned supreme in this year’s search engine crunch, with southern cities from coast-to-coast locking down the top seven. And while comfortable climates were the common denominator with the bulk of the areas, each coveted city brought a little something different to the table in terms of culture, infrastructure and real estate, the Realtor.com blog reports.
