This session on local marketing features Eric Benaim who has been a Long Island City resident since 2006 and is considered by many not only as a community leader but is also known as “The Mayor of Long Island City.” As founder and CEO of Modern Spaces Real Estate in New York City, Benaim discusses some of the initial things he did when growing his business to be known as the local expert. He also shares some ideas that people can implement or start today that still ring true and ways people can partner with others in their own local markets.
