The electronic document preparation and compliance software Miracle Online is now integrated in the LenderAssist loan origination platform. Miracle Online is a product of Dallas-based mortgage software developer MRG Document Technologies (MRG). Lender Assist is a product of West Palm Beach, Fla.-based mortgage software developer OpenClose. With the new feature, originators that use LenderAssist can now access compliant document packages and electronic delivery solutions from MRG through a single sign-on built into the software platform, eliminating the task of re-entering data for compliance document preparation, the companies said. “OpenClose users now have easier access to compliant mortgage closing documents that have been thoroughly vetted by MRG’s staff attorneys,” said Laura LaRaia, an attorney and director of customer service at MRG. “OpenClose users also have the ability to offer their borrowers electronic disclosure delivery options in order to both maintain compliance and shorten the disclosure and closing timeline.” Write to Austin Kilgore.
