Navigating all the legal issues surrounding foreclosures has grown exponentially more difficult in the past few years. Since 2008, changing regulations, new foreclosure requirements, moratoriums and laws mandating certain loss-mitigation requirements have challenged attorneys working in the creditor’s rights space.
