What is one thing you would tell a younger version of yourself?

The best advice I would give my younger self is to “stand your ground and protect your reputation and remember that you are hardworking, intelligent and an expert in your field.” When you find yourself as the youngest person in the room, it’s possible that someone with more experience will challenge your approach. Remain confident and assertive — use your data, research and perspective to bring value to the conversation. Embracing this mindset has shaped my career at Mr. Cooper, allowing me to evolve, take on new leadership roles and continuously drive innovation.
