As Supreme Lending’s Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, Brown empowers his teams while leveraging data and technology to drive loan production, position the company for growth, and enhance customer experience.
Within the last 12 to 24 months, which has been arguably among the most volatile interest rate environments in the history of mortgage banking, under Brown’s financial leadership and guidance, Supreme Lending has been able to successfully navigate extreme market conditions and maintain high performance standards, managing interest rate risk and hedging an MSR portfolio against adverse market movements. A key performance measure has been the development of new and innovative products, led by Brown and his team, to give Supreme Lending a competitive edge. He helped expand the company’s product portfolio, including the introduction of HELOCs, forward commitments for homebuilders, bridge loans, and expansive non-QM offerings.
Brown also plays a significant role in Supreme Lending’s M&A activities, serving in an advisory role evaluating metrics as part of the acquisition process, and adapting product and pricing needs to result in a smooth transition.
