Jan Davis is recognized as a leader in the mortgage finance industry with expertise in managing standards development, mortgage operations and data warehousing activities. This year, she stepped up to serve MISMO, a subsidiary of the MBA, as its acting president during a leadership transition while continuing to maintain her current responsibilities. Currently, she serves as the vice president of operations at MISMO, where she is responsible for managing MISMO operations and governance.
Davis has played an important role in MISMO’s work to increase efficiency and reduce costs, enhance interoperability and accelerate the industry’s digital future. Her unmatched attention to detail and team management skills are an asset to the organization. As part of her work leading operations at MISMO, Davis brings together experts and practitioners across the mortgage finance industry for events focused on pressing business topics. The MISMO Winter Summit, held in January 2023, had a record number of attendees and Davis regularly plans three MISMO Summits each year.
