Forsythe is a key member of the executive team that has executed on building the Fathom brand and attracting top talent. In 2021, Forsythe supported the launch of Fathom’s Hispanic Division to support the Hispanic homebuyer and seller and played a key role in several acquisitions. She also created and launched a Marketing Advisory Council for Fathom Realty and was appointed to the Broker Resource Network Leadership Committee.
