Non-QM in 2022: Five Moves to Prepare for Success

Early 2022 has seen agency mortgage rates return to pre-COVID levels and there are fewer borrowers eligible for refinances. In fact, The Mortgage Bankers Association has forecasted a 62% decrease in refinance activity this year. Housing demand continues to outpace inventory, and home values are increasing, making affordable housing nearly unattainable.
