Aug 02, 2017Mortgage applications recorded another quiet week, decreasing from one week earlier, according to data from the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Weekly Mortgage Applications Survey for the week ending July 28, 2017. Even the average contract interest rate for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages with conforming loan balances ($424,100 or less) stayed quiet and remained unchanged.
