Nevada foreclosure fraud law takes effect Oct. 1
Sep 29, 2011Nevada’s new foreclosure fraud reform law takes effect Oct. 1, enhancing the Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto’s enforcement authority over foreclosure fraud.
