Aug 01, 2018Mortgage applications decreased 2.6% from last week, according to data from the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Weekly Mortgage Applications Survey for the week ending July 27, 2018. Notably, the average contract interest rate for 5/1 ARMs increased to 4.17% this week, which is its highest level in survey history.
