AFR Loses HUD M&M Contract in Georgia

Atlanta-based AFR and Associates, Inc. has lost its contract covering the state of Georgia with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, HUD announced this morning. HUD said it has named Atlanta-based PEMCO, Ltd. as its Management and Marketing Contractor servicing the state of Georgia, effective immediately.
