Fitch downgrades Ocwen mortgage servicer ratings, again 

It appears that Ocwen Financial’s tarnished reputation is about to take another hit. Citing “weaknesses in Ocwen’s corporate governance and operational control framework,” Fitch Ratings is downgrading Ocwen’s mortgage servicer ratings.
