NAHB, 15 state AGs sue federal agencies over energy codes for new homes
Jan 08, 2025A coalition of attorneys general from 15 states and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) have filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) over energy-efficiency standards for newly constructed homes that were finalized in April 2024.
