Capital Markets Co-op Teams with Freddie 

Capital Markets Cooperative (CMC) recently partnered with mortgage investor Freddie Mac [stock FRE][/stock]. “Freddie Mac is one of the largest players in the secondary market, and our clients will have access to competitive pricing on the loans they deliver to Freddie,” said CMC president Tom Millon. The alliance provides CMC’s lender members with access to pricing options at Freddie’s cash window and free introductory use of Loan Prospector to new users of Freddie’s automated underwriting service.
