She is also the founder of mPower – MBA Promoting Opportunities for Women to Extend their Reach – MBA’s networking platform for women in the real estate finance industry.

The best advice I can give is, do not be afraid to take some risks. And I’m not saying you have to take big risks. But start getting comfortable with putting yourself out there and taking risks and getting comfortable with being uncomfortable.
