I am trying to reset my password but never received the email to reset, what do I do?
If you do not see the email in your spam or email quarantine folder, the email might be blocked. If you are locked out of your account, please reach out to the customer service team for further assistance via our Help Desk.

I purchased a group membership through the self-service portal on the website, how do I send the individual users their login information?
Once you’re logged into the main account, go to “My Account” > under the “General Tab” press the “Manage” drop down > click on “Manage Shared Accounts” > press on the mail icon for each account.

How do I get a copy of the receipt for my HW+ subscription?
Once you’re logged in to the website, go to your account and click on the “transactions” tab. Next to your transaction, you’ll see an option to send a receipt to your email. There will also be an option to download a PDF of your receipt.
