Prior to that, she held the position of Vice President of Credit Loss Management at Fannie Mae, where she accumulated 15 years of experience in various leadership roles. Mrs. Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston, a Master of Business Administration from Amberton University, and a Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, TX. She resides in a suburb east of Dallas, TX, with her husband and their daughter.
