Kwame Donaldson is an economist whose research focuses on residential and commercial real estate markets, demographic trends, and GIS analysis. Over the last decade, he has held senior roles in the U.S. Census Bureau, Moody's Analytics, and Zillow. He holds a PhD in economics from Georgia State University, an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in economics and English from Rice University.
