Matt Simmons joined the appraisal profession in 2003 and joined Maxwell & Hendry Valuation Services in 2005 serving as the residential division manager until becoming a partner in the firm in 2013. Matt specializes in the appraisal of high-value, complex residential properties throughout the firm’s coverage area.
