Mr. Jackson is the CEO and managing attorney at Jackson & Associates. He has practiced a wide range of mortgage banking and real estate law in his nearly 40 years as an attorney, including both jury and bench trials. In the early 1990s, Mr. Jackson established one of the first law firms dedicated to REO litigation; by 1993, the firm was responsible for commencing, managing, and supervising REO legal matters throughout the United States. By the mid-2000s, the firm had grown into to one of the largest REO law firms in the country and began its expansion into the wider mortgage default litigation field.
