Williston Financial Group hired William Moody to head the firm’s lender services subsidiary, New Millennium Title Group. Moody serves as executive vice president of Williston Financial and is based in Simi Valley, Calif. As a 34-year veteran of the industry, Moody most recently founded Lenders First Choice, a title insurer and settlement services firm also in Simi Valley, where he served as president and chief executive officer. He spent 11 years as president of financial services at Coast Federal Bank in Los Angeles. “Bill has tremendous experience on both the lending and settlement side of the real estate transaction,” said Patrick Stone, president and CEO of Williston Financial. “He strives to adapt his services to meet the needs of the customer, rather than forcing the customer to fit his operation.” New Millennium Title Group is the lender services subsidiary of Williston Financial, offering services such as title insurance, closing, settlement and escrow services. New Millennium does business in all 50 states. Williston Financial is the holding company and parent company of New Millennium. Write to Christine Ricciardi.
