Visionary Apps, a technology company focused on utilizing smart phone technology, has released the third version of its smart phone real estate suite application, Complete Realty Suite 2.0. In addition to releasing new tools for both borrower and lender, Complete Realty Suite 2.0 increases speed and functionality and includes a complete search functionality redesign. New features include an interactive map of real time market listings, a customizable search criteria field, a revamped sort feature that matches users search criteria more effectively and new high resolution images and icons. “Complete Realty Suite 2.0 brings detailed information on new foreclosures to the palm of your hand more efficiently and effectively,” said Dan Burrus, technology forecaster, business strategist and founder of Visionary Apps. The suite has three separate applications for download. “Complete Foreclosures” allows users to find and access information about foreclosed, short-sale, auction or REO homes. Details about square footage, price and year built can be viewed. The app’s “Complete Homes” application includes detailed maps and driving directions to a property along with specific property details. The app’s “Complete Rentals’ feature provides similar information for rental properties. The application is free for users and available on the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
