USAA Real Estate Co. recently hired Len O’Donnell to serve as the firm’s president and chief operating officer. He is responsible for overseeing all operations of the company. As a 25-year veteran of the real estate industry, O’Donnell has served in a number of executive positions. He most recently worked at Crimson Capital out of Houston where he was also president and chief executive officer. He additionally served as principal of the Crimson Real Estate Fund, which acquires and repositions real estate assets. Prior to that tenure, O’Donnell spent a decade in Washington D.C. as an investment sales broker. “Len brings a tremendous amount of talent, drive and a very strong can-do attitude to our company,” said Pat Duncan, chairman and CEO of USAA. “We have enjoyed a close working relationship with him over the years, and we look forward to having him help guide the company to even bigger and better achievements going forward.” USAA Real Estate Co. is wholly owned subsidiary of USAA, a financial services firm based in San Antonio, Texas.
