The Casa Team by Chiqui Delgado and Edgar Marquez at Douglas Elliman is expanding its operations from New York City to Miami.
The real estate team brings more than two decades of combined experience in sales, media, design and law.

Delgado — a Venezuelan-born entrepreneur and television personality — has worked for more than 20 years across media, design and business.
Known for her work in Spanish-language entertainment including serving as a Latin Grammys host, she has also established herself in interior design and real estate investment.
Douglas Elliman is the first brokerage she has joined as an agent.

Marquez — also born in Venezuela — began his professional career as an attorney before entering Miami’s real estate market at age 21.
He relocated to New York City in 2005 and joined Douglas Elliman in 2023.
