Top-performing mega team The Pozek Group is returning to The Real Brokerage, according to an announcement on Tuesday. The Orlando-based team was founded in 2016 and is led by Ken Pozek.

According to a press release, the 31-agent team is on track to close $400 million in sales volume this year, bringing its three-year home sales total to nearly $1 billion.

Since its initial launch at Real, The Pozek Group has explored various business models. But Real’s agent value proposition that includes revenue sharing, equity awards, collaboration tools and coaching opportunities led Pozek and his team back to Real.

“We have a unique opportunity to build something meaningful with Real,” Pozek said. “The revenue share and equity incentives are powerful tools, but what really stands out are the collaboration and coaching built into the platform. I’m excited to give my agents access to a network and training environment that supports their growth, both independently and as part of our team.”

In 2024, the team — which was most recently brokered at Keller Williams Realty Elite Partners III — closed 514 transaction sides for a sales volume of $331.05 million, according to RealTrends Verified data. That was good enough to earn The Pozek Group the No. 101 national sides rank and the No. 78 national volume rank among mega teams.

“We’re excited to welcome Ken and his team back to Real,” Tamir Poleg, the chairman and CEO of Real, said in a statement. “This is a major win. Ken is one of the most respected and forward-thinking leaders in the industry. His return reflects the strength of our model, the momentum we’ve built and the value we deliver for high-performing teams who want to grow with the right partner.”
