The Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting ReverseVision’s lending document library
by assisting with creation and management of document templates, including federal and state
document reviews, and documents associated with proprietary lending programs. Dynamic and
varied, this position requires creative problem-solving and prudent judgment in the fulfillment
of customers’ reverse mortgage document requirements.
This position requires experience in mortgage lending compliance. It is ideal for someone who
is adept at self-managing time, who is adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities in an
ever-changing regulatory environment, and who demonstrates impeccable communication
skills.
This position is located in our San Diego office. In this role, you will…
- Develop and maintain lending documents using a variety of tools, including Visual Studio
- Monitor all federal and state laws affecting the document operations of the company
(i.e., disclosure laws, regulations and rules, etc.) - Aid customers in resolving document-related issues
- Perform product support through everyday customer case resolution
- Aid other support team members in resolving document-related customer questions
- Log all customer-requested work in the ticketing system
- Oversee state and federal document reviews, whether conducted internally or through
outside counsel - Implement changes to the lending document template library when warranted
- Keep other departments informed of regulatory changes impacting the business
- Manage document- and compliance-based work going to outside counsel
- Manage the day-to-day output of the document engine
- Maintain a web-based customer resource hub for customer consumption
- Draft newsletter content regarding compliance, or regulatory change
