Real estate technology platform MoxiWorks announced the addition of Bret Calltharp to its business development team.
Before joining MoxiWorks, Calltharp was Zillow Group’s Industry Outreach Director, and has 15 years of real estate experience.
“My greatest joy over the years has been connecting with incredible broker and agent entrepreneurs and helping them improve strategy, systems, and bottom lines,” Calltharp said. “I knew I wanted to get back into the trenches and work more closely with the people that are the heart of this industry, so over the past few months, I met with a wide array of franchises and PropTech firms searching for the right opportunity.”
Calltharp started out in the real estate industry in Southwest Florida, specializing in luxury property management and residential real estate. He then worked with RE/MAX and Realogy/Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
In the last month, MoxiWorks acquired real estate tech company Imprev and added Vector Capital as a “significant financial investor.”
