Integrated Mortgage Solutions is releasing a new end-to-end REO Broker Back Office solution that acts as an administrative assistant to REO brokers. The firm said staff can now take care of fundamental and timely property preservation logistics, such as paying the utilities, paying Home Owners Association dues, and performing inspections on a foreclosed property. “REO brokers are facing a mounting increase of properties and duties,” said Cheryl Lang, president and chief executive officer of IMS. “Our goal in offering this solution is to enable brokers to focus on their core competency: listing and selling REO properties.” IMS currently employs more than 8,500 field services professionals and licensed contractors. IMS asset managers check all preservation and rehabilitation work. All contractors are licensed and certified. IMS also offers vacant property registrations and individual property status reports online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. IMS is a provider of collateral protection resources for the mortgage servicing sector. The majority of its services are hi-touch mitigation, including door knocks, document collection and hazard claims recovery, and it is the only female-owned firm offering a seamless mitigation suite.
