Evergreen Home Loans said Monday it has appointed Scott Maness as director of mortgage sales for the Carolina region as part of its ongoing national expansion.
Maness, who has more than a decade of experience in mortgage operations, sales and leadership, will oversee Evergreen’s growth in the Carolinas by recruiting loan officers, expanding market partnerships and supporting local branches.
“Joining Evergreen Home Loans was an easy choice with great leadership, a powerful culture, and products that truly make a difference,” Maness said in a statement. “Evergreen’s focus on delivering a ‘WOW’ experience and doing business the right way aligns perfectly with my values, and I’m excited to help grow our impact across the Carolinas.”

The Southeast expansion, led by regional executive John Porath, remains a key focus for Evergreen as it builds its national footprint.
In August, the company expanded to 11 new states. It hired several key leaders to execute the expansion, including Jon Stacy, who took on the role of regional manager for the Midwest.
