The chief executive officer of the CRE Finance Council, Dottie Cunningham, resigned Thursday after 12 years in the position. She said she is confident the firm has the solid foundation to continue to grow in the commercial real estate market despite her absence. “The Council is well poised for success,” she said. Cunningham will be temporarily replaced by the president-elect John D’Amico, who begins his term as president in June. the CRE Finance Council has created a committee of past presidents to find a new executive director candidate. The council expects to have a person in place by the end of the year.
