Jim Sciarra will serve as Capsilon’s new vice president of support and services, according to a press statement.
Capsilon is a provider of cloud-based document sharing, imaging and collaboration solutions for mortgage lenders.
Sciarra will be responsible for building successful customer service and technology operations.
Previously, Sciarra worked at Saba Software in cloud service operations and brings over 20 years of experience in support and services management for enterprise software, and cloud and SaaS delivery to Capsilon.
