National multifamily company JPI promoted Rosie Cooper to executive vice president and regional managing partner of its Western Region Office.
“Rosie has played a crucial role in expanding our California market presence,” JPI Chief Development Officer and National Managing Partner Brad Taylor said in a statement.
“We are thrilled to have Rosie oversee our Western Region multifamily operations, where her unparalleled drive, determination and passion for the business will continue to be an invaluable asset to our growing team,” he added.
Cooper served in the U.S. Air Force and joined JPI in 2006 after her honorable discharge.
She then left and filled a variety of roles at the Department of Homeland Security, BRE Properties and MKS Residential. Cooper returned to JPI in 2015 and took on the roles of vice president and development manager.
In her new roles, Cooper will oversee and lead all components of JPI’s multifamily operations in the Western Region. This will include oversight of acquisition, development, design management, construction, capital markets, portfolio management and disposition.
