For 25 years, Sue Woodard has been a mortgage industry leader, trainer, public speaker and an expert in originations and technology. A two-time C-level executive in the mortgage industry, board member, vocal industry leader and evangelizer for change, Woodard has shattered the glass ceiling and inspired hundreds if not thousands of people to achieve more. She currently serves as chief customer officer for Total Expert, a marketing operating system built for the mortgage and financial services industries.
Total Expert has seen its customer base increase significantly during Woodard’s short tenure with the company. In March, for example, Guaranteed Rate chose the company as its strategic tech partner to deploy its new proprietary marketing operating system to be used by 1,500 loan officers nationwide.
Over the past 20 years, Woodard has been an acclaimed speaker in the mortgage industry. She has been the keynote speaker at several mortgage and housing conferences over the past year including NAHREP and others. For her role as an advocate for increasing opportunities for women in the workplace, Woodard was inducted as an honorary alumnae initiate to the sorority Sigma Sigma Sigma, where she is guiding young women on succeeding in the workplace and as leaders.
