Statebridge Company, a residential mortgage servicer, recently hired four new executives.
Those executives include Garret Groman as vice president of servicing and IT operations, Jami Ignatz as vice president of investor accounting and investor reporting, Aaron Kehn as vice president of borrower facing operations and Alicia Seitz as vice president of non-borrower facing operations and performing loan servicing.
“It is exciting to be in a position to attract such talent” Statebridge CEO Kevin Kanouff said.
This new team is responsible for the continuation of the company’s special servicing business as well as its diversification into agency servicing. The company plans to expand its service offerings to include GSE-backed loans.
“I'm so excited to see that Garrett, Aaron, Alicia, and Jami have made individual decisions to join Statebridge,” said Jay Memmott, Statebridge president and chief operations officer. “With their skills and industry experience there is no limit to what we can achieve as a united leadership team.”
Last year, Fitch Ratings upgraded its rating for Statebridge, moving it to 'RPS3' from 'RPS3-', with a “Outlook Stable” rating based on the company’s experienced senior management team, developed recruiting, staffing, and retention programs, along with developed loan and default administration capabilities.
