Guardian Mortgage Company is set to open another office in Texas after its recent openings in San Antonio and Dallas.
The new location will be in the state’s capitol, Austin.
This branch marks the sixth Texas location, and the 13th office in the nation. Currently, the company has offices in Grand Blanc and Troy, Michigan; El Paso, Plano, Arlington, Richardson, Dallas and San Antonio, Texas; Santa Fe, Los Alamos and Albuquerque, New Mexico and Scottsdale, Arizona.
In addition to the new location in Austin, branches are set to open in Denver, Colorado and other places throughout 2016 and 2017.
The Austin branch has two employees at the moment, Branch Manager Chris Samples and Loan Officer Brian Crooks, however the branch is recruiting more industry professionals.
“We want to serve Austin homebuyers as best we can,” Samples said. “And to do that, we need the best team possible. We’re looking to add several experienced and qualified loan officers to our office in the coming months.”
“We can’t wait to start work in Austin,” Samples said. “We’re ready for this!”
