Roostify, a provider of automated mortgage transaction technology, announced the addition of Iyad Darcazallie as chief financial officer and chief operating officer and Scott Stein as vice president of sales.
According to Roostify CEO Rajesh Bhat, with Iyad and Scott’s experience and skills, they are great additions to the team.
“We believe we’ve created a compelling solution for the industry to streamline and simplify the home loan application and closing process,” Bhat said.
“With Iyad and Scott on board, we are positioned to extend that solution to more customers and their clients across the country.” Bhat added.
Prior to being named CFO and COO at Roostify, Darcazallie (pictured right) served as an advisor for the Roostify. Before that he was a senior vice president and general manager of the venture-backed, enterprise software company’s North American business unit.
Darcazallie also held senior leadership positions in general management, operations, finance, strategy, corporate development, and corporate ventures at EPS Corp., HP, Ernst & Young’s Management Consulting & Finance groups, andNet-Strike Worldwide.
Prior to joining Roostify, Stein (pictured left) was an executive vice president of sales at Mercury Network where he was responsible for restructuring and expanding the sales team, resulting in significant revenue growth.
Before Mercury Network, Stein was also a chief executive office for XetusONe Loan Organization Platform. He also served in leadership roles at InTouch Corporation, CCC Information Services, Apptera, Virtual Hold Technology, Centerpost, and Optimal Networks Corporation.
Roostify, which launched in 2014, experienced significant growth recently. The company recently closed a Series A financing round last October and was recently selected for the Wells Fargo Startup Accelerator.
