BOK Financial Correspondent Mortgage Services hired Zachry Parrott as its correspondent operations leader, bringing 28 years of experience that span all facets of mortgage operations, risk management, business strategy, sales and process improvement.
In his new role, Parrott will lead the day-to-day operations for the correspondent lending channel.
He joins the lender from JPMorgan Chase where he served as executive director of Loan Integrity Operations for both correspondent and retail lending channels.
Parrott also held leadership positions at Bank of America leading regional retail operations, vendor management, quality control, post foreclosure and process improvement and at Chase served as executive director of loan integrity operations for prevention and detection of mortgage fraud.
