CoesterVMS announced this week that its disclosure calculator is now available on Ellie Mae’s Encompass loan origination system platform.
As of Monday, users will be able to request, manage, and place orders directly from Encompass, which CoesterVMS said will streamline the disclosure process.
According to CoesterVMS, all property information will populate directly from the loan file, which will then only require the user to designate a product to obtain a quote.
From there, users have the option to place an order or save the quote for later use.
The integration recognizes saved quotes and offers the option to use them when users select standard place order option, CoesterVMS said.
Brian Coester, CEO of CoesterVMS told HousingWire that the integration is a “big step in the industry.”
