BOK Financial Mortgage has added Rhonda DeLuca as vice president, underwriting manager for the company’s correspondent lending channel.
In this role, DeLuca is tasked with growing the correspondent channel’s non-delegated lender platform, managing the mortgage credit risk for correspondent lending and managing all underwriting personnel, functions and resources.
DeLuca brings more than 34 years of experience in mortgage lending, underwriting and third-party originations to BOK Financial Mortgage.
DeLuca comes to BOK from Fannie Mae, where she worked as a governance manager.
Prior to that, Deluca was a regional underwriting manager with BOK Financial Mortgage, a senior mortgage fraud investigator with Fannie Mae and a divisional underwriting manager with National City Mortgage.
