Citing the “enormous” growth the company has experienced in the last few years, LoanLogics, a provider of loan quality management and performance analytics, announced the addition of Catherine Doherty as the company’s vice president of human resources.
In this role, Doherty will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing human resources programs and services that are aligned with LoanLogics’ business strategies, and the company's relationship with its business partners.
Additionally, Doherty will lead the company’s strategic recruitment, selection plan and onboarding process. She will also oversee the administration of benefit programs, including evaluating and recommending improvements to the benefit programs LoanLogics offers.
Prior to joining LoanLogics, Doherty served as chief talent and culture officer for Philabundance, a hunger relief organization, where she developed and implemented programs that increased employee productivity and engagement.
Earlier in her career, Doherty worked for TRG, now IBEX Global, as chief people officer and deputy general counsel. Doherty also served as general counsel and human resources manager for the U.S. subsidiary of XRT.
Doherty began her career at the Chessex Distribution Group, serving as corporate counsel and human resources manager.
“Cathy is already demonstrating that she is the perfect person to take our human resources program to the next level,” said Brian Fitzpatrick, president and CEO of LoanLogics.
“She will be implementing programs that quickly engage new employees in the culture of the organization and energize current employees around the goals LoanLogics seeks to attain as the company grows,” Fitzpatrick continued. “Cathy will nurture our entrepreneurial culture and elevate the awareness of LoanLogics as one of the area’s and industry’s best places to work.”
