HousingWire is officially accepting applications for our 2015 Risings Stars program. The program recognizes the newest generation of leaders in lending, servicing, investing and real estate — movers and shakers under 40 who are already making their mark on the industry.
Lawyers, loan officers, real estate pros, entrepreneurs, technologists, economists, corporate managers, investors — anyone who is employed full-time in some aspect of the U.S. housing economy is eligible.
If you know a rising star who is under 40 and making an impact – it can even be you – complete the nomination process form here.
Nominations close March 17 and winners will be profiled in the June 2015 issue of HousingWire Magazine.
Last year's Rising Stars included people across the industry — from Marcus McCue, executive vice president and chief business development officer with Guardian Mortgage Co., to Eugene Marinelli, CTO of Blend Labs, to Marsha Kotlyer, a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. Laura Ferris, vice president of Green River Capital, graced our cover (pictured above).
Eligibility criteria:
Nominees must be younger than 40 years of age as of June 1, 2015; and must be employed full-time in a business role primarily engaged in some aspect of the U.S. housing economy (lending, servicing, investments, real estate).
