Homestead Funding chooses LenderLive to subservice its loans

Companies partner to spur growth

Homestead Funding, a multi-state mortgage banker based in Albany, New York, has selected LenderLive Network to subservice Homestead’s residential loan portfolio.

“With all the regulatory changes, we needed to work with a subservicer that would help us navigate the new regulatory landscape and actively communicate with us and our borrowers,” said Brandy Bogan, servicing manager at Homestead Funding.

“LenderLive immediately earned our trust by being proactive, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, highly responsive to our borrowers’ questions regarding the transfer process and loan information,” Bogan added. “And as the market picks up, we are comfortable that LenderLive will be able to scale up to match our growth strategy.”

Homestead is currently licensed in New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Florida, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Vermont, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

“Our solution for Homestead Funding is a true private-label offering – built for their specific needs and expansion plans,” said Dave Vida, president of LenderLive’s Servicing Division.

“Homestead’s customers are already benefitting from our unique blend of proprietary technology, compliance protocols, and highly experienced, enthusiastic personnel,” Vida continued. “Offering servicing capacity the industry is severely lacking and helping our clients deliver flexible, customized subservicing solutions is what we do every day. We’re delighted to partner with a world-class organization like Homestead.”
