First Guaranty Mortgage Corp., a Virgina-based residential lender, has added Ritchel Castillo as creative director. Castillo brings more than 12 years of financial services and e-commerce experience to FGMC.
Prior to joining FGMC, Castillo worked for the National Basketball Association’s Global Merchandising Group, where he was lead designer for all NBAStore.com e-commerce creative initiatives.

Prior to working for the NBA, Castillo was web/HTML designer at Stearns Lending; senior graphic designer at People’s Choice Home Loan, Inc., and marketing web/graphic designer at Max Group Corporation.
