First Guaranty Mortgage Corp. has named Zenon Zorij as regional third-party originator manager for the western United States, signaling its intention to expand its wholesale and correspondent presence from Texas to California.
In this new role, he will be responsible for growing FGMC’s market footprint and customer base in both the correspondent and wholesale channels in the western states.
Zorij has over 20 years of high level experience in the TPO channels, most recently as the regional sales manager at Union Home Mortgage.
"Zenon has a thorough understanding of both the sales and operations sides of the TPO transaction, making him a natural leader in this stage of our expansion," said Jeff Gibson, managing director of TPO flow for FGMC.
"He has an extensive track record of creating significant and sustainable growth, which has been our approach as we evolve," Gibson added.
