Scottsdale, Ariz.-based PHOENIX Consulting, a servicing and law operations audit and consulting firm, announced the creation of a new specialized law firm invoice audit division within the company.
Due to recent concerns about the foreclosure costs billing practices of a number of law firms, PHOENIX is working to ensure the integrity in client and attorney relationships.
“Our consulting firm in conjunction with our sister firm ProSys, offers the skills, professional resumes, and the years of focused industry experience necessary to quickly identify any invoice anomalies,” said William LeRoy, the Founder & Principal of PHOENIX Consulting.
PHOENIX trains servicers’ billing review team members on how to develop and successfully launch the processes, policies and quality control procedures that are necessary to prevent any law firm billing issues going forward, LeRoy explained.
