American Homes 4 Rent plans to raise $750 million by offering 44.1 million shares during its initial public offering.
The real estate investment trust that acquires, renovates and leases residential homes will offer its shares at a price range of $16 to $18.
The company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol AMH.
The joint bookrunners on the deal include Goldman Sach (GS), Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAC), JPMorgan Chase (JPM) and Wells Fargo Securities (WFC).
