Equifax (EFX) launched its Collateral Value Connector solution, which ranks the accuracy of automated valuation models to provide lenders with a more precise collateral valuation.
The new solution helps appraisers know which AVMs best value properties and compare those values to similar properties.
Equifax partnered with Southwest Financial Services to independently test and validate the AVMs that are available through the Collateral Value Connector.
With the new solution, Equifax can give a transparent and documented approach to AVM testing and facilitate compliance with federal regulatory guidelines.
